Storm ready to make waves in 2025

INDIANOLA, Iowa – The Simpson College baseball team is gearing up for an exciting 2025 campaign, set to begin on Feb. 22-23 against St. Scholastica.

Picked seventh in the American Rivers Conference Preseason Poll, the Storm are determined to make a statement this season under head coach Nathan Roling, now in his ninth season. Simpson returns several key contributors including all-region pitchers Trey Castile and Eli Feekin.

"The 2025 A-R-C season looks to be very competitive, as it always is," said Roling. "I am excited to see our group prove themselves. We have a mature group, and they have proven that with the strong work we have done in the fall and offseason. We will rely on an established group of returners that will provide leadership and key contributions as we round into shape. We are excited for the challenge that the A-R-C will bring!"

The Storm's early schedule features a trio of nonconference three-game series and a road contest at Western Illinois before heading to Florida for five games. Conference play kicks off at home on March 21 against Wartburg.
