Sayee's A-R-C title headlines six all-conference honors at A-R-C Championships

PELLA, Iowa - Six all-conference honors and a conference championship for Rouce Sayee in the 400m hurdles lifted Simpson to a six place finish at the A-R-C Championships in Pella on Saturday.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

• Rouce Sayee claimed a conference title in the 400m hurdles, winning the event with a time of 52.69 seconds, the third fastest time in school history.
• Three Storm finished runner-up in their events to earn All-Conference honors including Kendrick Achebe (100m), James Johnson (5000m), and Caler Garnand (Long Jump).
• Johnson also earned All-Conference in the 1500m, taking third overall with a time of 3:52.76 minutes.
• The 4x400 Relay team of Jrakke Johnson, Joseph Sams, Adonis McKenzie, and Sayee rounded out the All-Conference honors, finishing with a time of 3:15.88 minutes.
