Simpson Men's Track and Field stays firm at ninth in the region

NEW ORLEANS - The men's Simpson track and field team once again ranked ninth in the midwest region in the latest USTFCCCA Regional Rankings.

The men held on to the ninth spot for the third week in a row. The Storm joined five other A-R-C schools in the top-10 including No. 1 Wartburg, 3. Central, 5. Nebraska Wesleyan, 6. Loras, and 8. Dubuque.

Simpson holds eight top-10 regional marks, highlighted by Rouce Sayee's leading time in the 400m Hurdles, and six marks in the top-50 nationally.

Simpson competes for a conference title at the A-R-C Championships, hosted at Central, with the three-day meet starting Thursday, April 30.
