Trio of Storm compete at Dutch Spring Multi meet

PELLA, Iowa - Gabby Akin, Anna Parrott, and Kaisen Storm traveled to Pella to compete in the Dutch Spring Multi meet, with Akin leading the way with a fourth place finish in the Heptathlon.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

• Gabby Akin took fourth overall in the heptathlon with a total score of 3984, just one point shy of tying the 10th best score in Storm history. Her highest finish of the day came in the 100m hurdles where she ran 15.26 seconds, starting the meet with 808 points.
• Anna Parrott finished just behind Akin at sixth overall with her final score of 3863 points. Parrott placed third overall in the 200m dash, and fourth in the shot put and long jump.
• Kaisen Storm rounded out the action for Simpson over in the decathlon, finishing in 13th place with a total score of 5221 points.
