Love reaches Quarterfinals to lead Storm at the A-R-C Individual Tournament
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Grant Love set a career best, advancing to the quarterfinals of the A-R-C Individual Tournament, the first Storm since 2021.
Love collected both the Storm's victories in the tournament, starting with a 4-2 victory over Central's Alex Slaymaker. Love then advanced in the round of 16 when his opponent, Geoffery Stoughton from Luther had to withdraw due to an injury. However, the tournament came to a close for Love when he dropped four straight to Wartburg's Robert Matera, who reached the semifinals of Flight B.
The Storm's fall schedule continues with another individual tournament next weekend, the ITA Falls Regionals, hosted in St. Peter, Minnesota.
