Storm fall to Coe in final home meet

INDIANOLA, Iowa – The Storm took on Coe College on their home court for their last home meet of the year. The Storm fell to the Kohawks 7-0, but many matches were in close competition throughout the day.

In singles competition, Grant Love pushed his match into extra points against opponent Isaac Hinze with a final score of 1-6, 6-0, 6-4. Javier Robles Solis also played a close match in his singles competition, losing 6-4, 6-3. Drake Downard also pushed his match to extra points in his 7-5, 6-0 defeat.

In doubles competition, Javier Robles Solis and Grant Love played the closest match of the day, falling 6-3. Drake Downard/Blane Wallace and Seth Orta/Darek Kayser each posted 6-2 scores against their opponents in their losses.
