Simpson women's tennis wraps up season with match against Grand View

DES MOINES, Iowa - In the final match of the 2025-26 season, Simpson women's tennis fell to Grand View 6-1 with Bella Sims earning a match win.

Sims bested her match up with a 6-3 result in the opening set before taking the match 6-2 in the second set. Kayla Truitt won her opening set 7-5 before heading to a tiebreaker where she ultimately fell 10-6. Natalie Collins earned three game wins over her two sets as an individual.

Gracie Thompson and Jay Johnson nearly won their doubles match, going the distance but ultimately coming up short 7-5.
