Trio of golfers land on CSC Academic All-District Team

INDIANOLA, Iowa – Kaylin Long, Madeline Streicher and Jack Wahman each earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) At-Large Academic All-District Team.

This marks the second straight year Streicher and Wahman achieved the honor. Long represents the Storm for the first time in her career.

The At-Large program includes student-athletes who participate in sports that do not have their own Academic All-America teams (football, men's & women's soccer, volleyball, men's & women's basketball, men's & women's swimming & diving, baseball, softball, men's & women's tennis, men's & women's cross country/track & field).

In order to be considered for the CSC Academic All-District and All-America Teams, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or better with at least one full year at his or her institution. Golfers must have competed in 70 percent of the team's total varsity events that kept a team score.
