CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Simpson pitcher Matt Pennings earned Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week honors for the period ending Sunday, May 5.
A sophomore from Ankeny, Iowa, Pennings picked up three saves in three appearances last week to put the Storm in position to qualify for the IIAC Tournament.
