Storm cross country teams earn all-academic distinction

The Simpson College men’s and women’s cross country teams both earned All-Academic awards from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, and a quartet of runners were named All-Academic Individuals.

Simpson duo competes at National Championship

For the first time since 1986, the Simpson College men’s cross country team had two runners compete at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships as both Spencer Moon and Harry Dudley navigated the course at E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park with nearly 300 of the nation’s best.

Dudley, Moon claim all-region accolades

Harry Dudley and Spencer Moon both had career-best performances at the NCAA Division III Midwest Region Cross Country Championships to earn all-region accolades and unofficially qualify for the NCAA DIII Championships taking place a week from today. The duo await the official qualification list that will be released on Sunday.

Storm men stay steady at No. 6 in regional rankings, earn votes in national poll

The Simpson College men’s cross country team stayed put at the number six spot in the latest U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Midwest Region Rankings and received six votes in the National Coaches’ Poll.
