2025 | junior

• Ran 4:23:65 in the mile at the Wartburg Indoor Select
• Clocked 8:43:68 in the 3000 meter at the Cyclone Open
• Finished in 3:26:33 at the Darren Young Classic
• Ran 32:54:28 in the 10000 meter at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships

2024 | sophomore

• Ran a career-best 4:05.92 in the 1,500 meters at the Wartburg Triangular
• Placed third in the event at the Dick Young Classic in a time of 4:12.24

2023 | freshman

• Ran the 800 meters all the way up to the 5,000 meters
• Clocked a time of 4:06.86 in the 1,500 meters at the A-R-C Championships
• Recorded a time of 2:03.64 in the indoor 800 meters at the Liz Wuertz Indoor Meet
