Five Storm named to CSC Academic All-District team

INDIANOLA, Iowa - Five members of the Simpson men's soccer team were selected to the 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team this week.

Earning a spot on the team was Kinnick Andrews, Tate Downs, Sal Fratianni, Juan Sandoval, and Ben Reynolds. Reynolds earned his second selection after being named to last year's team, while Andrews, Downs, Fratianni, and Sandoval were first time honorees.

To qualify, all nominees must be at least a sophomore in academic standing, have played in 90 percent of the team's games or started at least 66 percent, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. The full team can be viewed by clicking here.
