Conference tournament cancelled

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Iowa Conference Individual Women's Tennis Tournament, scheduled for this Friday-Saturday, Oct. 4-5, has been cancelled due to the forecast of inclement weather in and around Decorah over the course of the weekend.

The event will not be made up.

A young Simpson team closes the fall season 1-12 overall and 1-6 in the Iowa Conference. The Storm finished seventh in the league and did not qualify for the NCAA Automatic Qualifier Tournament in the spring.
