NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Simpson volleyball team went 1-1 on Saturday, beating Rockford in three sets and losing to UW-Oshkosh in three to close play at the North Central Invitational.
The Storm (9-19) beat Rockford 25-15, 25-21, 25-18 and lost to Oshkosh 26-24, 25-21, 25-20.
Simpson finished the tournament 2-2 after beating Aurora and losing to UW-Platteville on Friday.
Stats and all-tournament team members were not available at press time.
Simpson hosts its final home match of the season on Wednesday, Oct. 17 when Coe visits Cowles Fieldhouse on Senior Night.
