DUBUQUE, Iowa - Madeline Mobile scored two goals and assisted on another as the Dubuque women's soccer team beat Simpson 4-0 on Saturday.
The Spartans (6-4, 1-1 Iowa Conference) scored all of their goals in the second half, pulling away from Simpson after a scoreless first half.
Mobile assisted on the first goal of the game, helping Megan Siepler give Dubuque a 1-0 lead in the 54th minute. She converted a penalty kick in the 71st minute and scored on a breakaway less than a minute later.
Nicole Dillenburg took four shots for the Storm (7-3-2, 1-1), who took 15 shots in the game. Megan Petersen made two saves.
The Storm return to conference play Wednesday when they host Cornell at Buxton Stadium. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m.
