  • 2025: Achieved the most wins since 2009 and highest win percentage since 2006... earned highest regular season conference finish since 2010 and highest tournament seeding since 2009... advanced to conference semifinals for just the second time in the last 15 seasons... opened the season with a 15-3 record, the best start through 18 games since 1991... began conference play 3-0 for the first time since 2009.
Before Simpson
  • Served as the head women's volleyball coach at Luther, where she revitalized the program and led the Norse to consistent postseason appearances... garnered regional rankings and received national ranking votes in 2015, 2016, and 2017... voted Iowa Conference Coach of the Year in 2013 and 2016... coached the conference's Freshman of the Year in 2015 and mentored 10 all-conference players, one of whom achieved all-region status... concluded her seven seasons with a 117-96 overall record.
  • Coached three seasons of high school volleyball between Waukee and Ankeny High Schools... named the West District Coach of the Year in 2018 and qualified for the State Volleyball Tournament three times.
Playing Career
  • Played two years at Williston State College as a setter and defensive specialist... helped the Tetons to the national tournament as a sophomore in 2002
