• Competed in five races
• Recorded a season-high 33rd place finish at the Les Duke and Brissman-Lundeen Invitationals

2023 | senior

• Finished in the Storm’s top seven in five of his six races
• Took eight overall at the Bill Buxton Invite with a new career-best in the 6k (19:42.1)
• Named to his third consecutive A-R-C All-Academic Team

2022 | junior

• Placed in the top seven in all five races he ran
• Placed fifth overall at the Bill Buxton Invitational, setting a career-best in the 6k with a time of 19:44.00
• Named to his second straight All-A-R-C All-Academic Team
• Ran a season-best 26:00.1 in the 8k at the Platte River Rumble
• Finished fourth on the team at the NCAA Midwest Regional

2021 | sophomore

• Participated in six races, finishing the year as the Storm’s No. 3 runner
• Named to both the A-R-C All-Conference and All-Academic Teams
• One of three Storm runners to be named as an USTFCCCA All-Individual
• Took sixth place overall at the Bill Buxton Invitational with a time of 19:56.9
• Improved his 8k time each race of the year
• Finished 14th overall with a time of 25:54.3 at the A-R-C Championships
• Set his 8k career-best at the NCAA Division III Midwest Region Championships (25:24.2)

2020 | freshman

• Did not appear in a race during his rookie season

High School

• A 2020 graduate of West Central Valley High School
• Placed fourth as a senior and fifth as a junior at state in cross country
• Graduated with the school record in the mile
• Qualified for state in the 1,600 and 3,200 events as a junior
• Member of the National Honor Society

Personal

• Son of Dustin and Tricia Foster
• Has two siblings, Ashlynn and Hayden
• Majoring in physical education with a minor in biology, and health and exercise science
• Also a member of the Storm track and field team
