2023 | junior

• Led the team at the Augustana Interregional (Open JV) with an 8k time of 28:01.1
• Set a new career-best in the 8k at the A-R-C Championship (27:52.9)
• Opened his season with a new career-best in the 6k (21:01.3)

2022 | sophomore

• Ran in five races for the Storm
• Set a new career-best at the Bill Buxton Invitational with a 6k time of 22:02.7
• Clocked a 26:42.5 in the 8k at the Platte River Rumble, a new career-best

2021 | freshman

• Took part in five races
• Placed 39th overall at the Bill Buxton Invitational
• Ran his best 8k time of the year (28:29.3) at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational

• A 2021 graduate of Dallas Center-Grimes High School
• Earned three letters in cross country and track and field
• Won the 2019 and 2020 Iowa 3A State Cross Country meet
