DECORAH, Iowa — Claire Marburger and Sarah Holtz combined for 28 points and Luther took advantage of an off-night shooting to beat the Simpson women's basketball team 76-55 on Wednesday.
The duo scored 14 points apiece and Marburger added 11 rebounds for the Norse (14-8, 8-3), who have won four of five. Luther closed the first quarter on a 10-0 run and led the rest of the way.
